Do you braid hair tight?
Tight braiding causes bumps. If the bumps get infected your hair will
fall out in bald spots the size of a quarter, if not treated correctly
you could go bald. Tight braiding pulls the hair out by the roots and
leaves you with thin hair. If you continue to get your hair braided tight
you could go bald.
Do you melt the braid ends?
Braids with melted ends scratch your skin and snag your clothes. They
catch on your blankets and sweaters leaving lint and fuzz in your hair.
Are there big knots at the root?
Big knots at the root make it uncomfortable changing your hairstyle. They
make you look like you are wearing a hat that you can't take off. Big
knots are not natural looking.
How many different styles will I be able to style my braids in?
You should be able to change your hairstyles like you change your clothes.
Change from casual, to formal, to business, to sporty and have many styles
for each of these occasions.
